What this policy covers
This policy covers gravityintel.com, the website of Gravity Intelligent Solutions, part of GravityIntel. GravityIntel and its website, gravityintel.ai, have their own policies.
Information you give us
We collect only what you send through our forms:
- Contact: your name, email and message, and optionally your phone number.
- Careers: your name, email, the role you chose and your resume, and optionally your phone number and a note.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to run and secure the site. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser; this stays on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and discuss your project.
- To review your application and contact you about current or future roles.
- To keep the website running and secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers that run the site and our email for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting) and Google (email). We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship. We keep resumes for as long as we need them to consider you for current and future roles, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you gave us by writing to support@gravityintel.com. We will answer within 30 days.
